Red/White & Blue
Here’s how it works. Sign up, pre-pay for the first kit. Pick the first block up in March, take it home and make it. Bring it back and show it to me the second Saturday of the following month and your next kit is free. So you could end up with a quilt for $5.00.
Click on the photo below for a larger view to see the first block called Weathervane. The blocks are 12 1/2” unfinished.
If you would like to make the blocks but would be unable to come on the second Saturday, you can do it as a block of the month. Kits would be $5.00 each month. Kit contains fabric and pattern. At the end of twelve months you would have a quilt to keep for yourself or give to our soldiers along with a matching red/white/blue pillow case.
